ACE TAX AND REALTY was originated as an Income Tax Preparer, later, we added Real Estate Services and Notary Public services due to popular demand.

Owned and Managed by Armando Hurtado, Ace Tax and Realty has been in business cince 1990.
We have been serviceing the inland empire comunity  integrity and customer satisfaction in mind. 

I am a licensed Real Estate Broker,  DRE Number, 01101908 Realtor, Registered Tax Preparer,CTEC Member,and Notary Publlic. Insured and Bonded, Member of the Board of Realtors, Notary National associations, C.T.E.C registered.
I service mainly the Perris, Moreno Valley, Nuevo and Riveside area.

In the Real Estate service, I specialize in Perris residential property, Moreno Valley, Nuevo residences and horse properties, and Riveside homes, and Riverside Estates.

In the Income Tax Service, I specialize in individual long forms, small business oweners, capital gain taxes, main residence tax exempt capital gain, 593b, 593c, forms, income tax withholding on sale of investment properties, and rental income tax reporting including short sale gain calculations.
