We provide real estate services primararly in the Perris, Moreno Valley, Nuevo, and Riverside area including rural and horse property.

On the Income tax services, I specialice in individual and small business tax preparation, real estate related capital gains, and real estate sales income tax withholdings as well as sale of your main home and tax exemptions on sale of residences, short sales and repos.

The majority of our clients are indidvidual short and long forms, including business owners and real estate investors.
