This page is to remind you of what you would need when you bring a docuement to have it notarized.

1.-Current I.D. issued by a State or Federal Goverment agency (ei California drivers licence, or a passaport)
2.-The signer must sign in front of the Notary Public
3.-The fee is $10.00 per each signature that requires to be notarized.
4.-Only check or cash is accpeted no credit cards.
5.-I am bonded and a member of the National Notary Association
6.-Business hours are 8:30 am to 5:30 pm  Saturdays by appointment only
7.-I am sorry but we do not have a mobile notary, we do not travel 

Most common legal docuements that required to notarized by a Notary Public in the State of California are:

Grant deeds, Quit claim deed, Deeds of trust or trust deeds, Immigration affidavid of support, Guardianship letters, Permit for minors, Real Estate power of attorney, General power of attoreny, Limmited power of attoreny, Living trust-
Real estate documents, Loan documents, paralegal docuements and other genral legal documets that need to be reocrded in the Riveside County recorder's office or other public governmental agencies.

As per most recent Notary Public regulations updates, You may be required to imprint your right hand thumb on the Notary Public journal entry book. Personal knowledge of the signer is no longer acceptable. The signer must have a valid identification regardless of relationship to the Notary Public in order to establish satisfactory evidence that the signer is the person he/she represents to be.
